Ok… a long absence and lots of craziness, but realised my lost mojo was in the kitchen. Have spent the last couple weeks cooking and eating entirely too much, but have discovered that bread making is not only tasty…but good for the soul and for slightly strained hands that have carried too much luggage. So..who needs prozac or ibuprofen…when you have bread.
I started long ago in San Diego, stopped in Orléans, Boulder, Paris, Austin, Göttingen….and finally landed in London! Along the way I was an English Teacher, Biochemist, Project Manager, Publications Planner and now work in PR! I am really passionate about good food and good ingredients. I especially love helping children discover how fun and rewarding it is to cook, and understand where all their ingredients come from.
